Signature dishes here include "Omakase Assorted sashimi (1,580 yen)", as the ingredients vary with the seasons, it is fun to enjoy the rich flavors that change accordingly. Apart from sashimi and sushi, there are also cooked dishes such as the quintessential Hokkaido baked fish dish "Mahokke from Hokkaido (780 yen)", grilled skewers, and Dashi Tamagoyaki (Japanese style rolled omelettes with soup stock). The use of fresh ingredients is also a bit different from typical izakaya. The assorted tempura (850 yen) contains flavorful seasonal vegetables and seafood that only with a small dip of salt is enough to bring out the taste of each ingredient to their fullest. As for drinks, apart from draft beer, there are also Japanese sake and shochu selected from all parts of the country. It is fun to find the sake that best complements the delicious Japanese cuisine.

The wooden interior is inspired by Japanese squid fishing boat, with industrial light bulbs that recreate the atmosphere inside a boat. There are also semi private rooms and tatami spaces, allowing guests to truly relax and enjoy their time here. While most of the seats are table seats, there are counter seats for smaller groups and customers who come alone. You can feel the restaurant's commitment to authentic Japanese aesthetics from the rattan blinds and sliding screens.

The restaurant is located right across the road from Metropolitan Plaza just off Ikebukuro Station, one of the busiest train stations in Tokyo that accesses to the JR lines, the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, the Tobu-Tojo Line, and other major railway lines.
