The colorful and lively interior with a Brazilian atmosphere is full of signs of Brazilian soccer players and musicians along with Latin-style ornaments. As it was the Brazilian soccer brand ATHLETA that produced this store. It started as a full-fledged Brazilian restaurant with entertainment that allows you to enjoy live performances and Brazilian movies. At first, the number of visitors was small because it was underground and you couldn't see it from the outside, but it gained popularity as a hideaway and business has been steadily increasing. Churrasco is now loved by men and women of all ages who love sports and meat dishes. Popular among both local Asakusa people, and domestic and foreign tourists.
"Piccagna" is the most popular churrasco in Brazil, using lean meat from the waist to the rump of beef. It features a soft and moist texture. By roasting the fat on the skewer the fat spreading out into the meat as it is baking. The meat is baked while being rotated and it turns the whole meat into an even tasty style, which enhances the taste. Enjoyed simply with some rock salt.
"Pork rose" is a churrasco made by grilling pork rose coated with homemade sauce. It features the acidity of citrus fruits and the aroma of herbs. Since it is baked while removing the fat, it is not persistent and the taste is deeply absorbed. A very popular dish.
"Grilled Pineapple" is a pineapple churrasco that is baked with homemade cinnamon sauce. Baking increases the sweetness and takes in the aroma of cinnamon more, which stimulates your appetite. A wonderful menu item that can be eaten during meals or as a dessert, and also promotes digestion.
"Salad" is a salad containing palmito which is made by pickling palm sprouts and beethaba (beets). Palmito has a bamboo shoot-like texture and is a popular ingredient in Brazil. Enjoy a simple oil-based dressing with the refreshing acidity of the vinegar.
"Pastel" is minced beef wrapped in pie crust and fried. A square like form. Also called pastel in Japan.
"Hizoris" is fried minced beef and cheese. A form like a crescent moon. The inside of the batter is a white sauce and when fried, the sauce and contents blend together. It's fluffy and delicious.
"Pão de Queijo" is a chewy cheese bread. Everything is handmade at the shop and served freshly baked. Cheddar, Parmigiano, and mix blends are made into a cute egg-shaped bread, and the taste and aroma are full of cheese. An addictive one-bite snack.
"Feijoada" is a salted and aged pork or beef meat and smoked sausage stewed with black beans and eaten over rice. A typical Brazilian dish. Not just normal rice, but garlic rice cooked with garlic and onions notes.
It is a buffet and you can take it yourself and enjoy it freely. As soon as the churrasco is cooked, the staff will bring it to the table and carve it in front of you. I'm glad that the party-loving staff will be happy to welcome you.
