"Assorted 2 kinds of meat (400g)" is a hearty grill using Royal Sangen pork from Chiba prefecture and chuck flap from Australian beef. Sangen pork is juicy and tender, and its fat is sweet and not persistent. chuck flap is mainly lean and has almost no fat and is very refreshing. Both are healthy but you can thoroughly enjoy the taste of meat, which is a popular menu for women. Sangen pork is about 1.2 cm thick and chuck flap is about 3 cm thick, and it has a smoky aroma by using a griller.
