A place you can feel relaxed while having meals in Ginza

A 3-minute walk from Ginza station to "Ginza LE VIN ET LA VIANDE". A hideaway bistro in the back alley that you can enjoy in Ginza. You can enjoy French countryside dishes that are cooked with organic vegetables, fresh seafood, and homemade bread. The organic vegetates are used only by the suppliers whom the owner trusts and can do business with face to face.

Available on the lunch menu, the hamburg steak in the dish "Hamburg steak with demi-glace source" is made of 100% beef! t's juicy and excellent. This price is very attractive because you can have bread or rice, and free drinks in the set. Therefore, many people come for this.

Speaking of bistro, it must be the classic "Terrine Campagne". It is a popular menu of pork and fatty chicken liver seasoned with port wine and brandy. Not only match with wine, but it also goes well with the natural yeast bread handmade in the restaurant.

The aged beef steak of "Ginza LE VIN ET LA VIANDE" is also recommended. "Aged beef loin steak" is put in a special refrigerator that controls the temperature and humidity for 40 days, and therefore it is full of a nutty smell. Moreover, the vegetables are organic vegetables grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers!

Homemade bread made of natural yeast, and baked inside the restaurant. Freah seafood purchased from Tsukiji. Organic vegetables directly from contract farmers whom the owner of the restaurant trusts. You can enjoy French countryside cuisine cooked with seasonal fresh ingredients here. However, be noted that contents of the course may be changed depending on the buying condition.

"LE VIN ET LA VIANDE" is just behind an alley in Ginza. The red outer wall is very attractive. Walked into the restaurant, you can feel the warmth of wood. The interior and furniture such as floors and window frames are unified in dark brown. The interior of the restaurant may make you feel clam and peaceful.
