Delicious barbecued chicken with wines

It is an inner street in Shibuya, but surprisingly still has the feel of downtown. About 10 minutes walk from Shibuya station, the hustle and bustle in front of the station suddenly disappears, and the area is full of attractive and sophisticated atmosphere. "Yakitori Wine Hoshino", a hideaway restaurant for adults.

Not only skewers made from fresh chicken, but also one-of-a-kind dishes that go well with wine. The restaurant has over 300 kinds of wine, Japanese sake and shochu.

"Yakitori Wine Hoshino" is popular for its cuisine that is excellent compatible with wine. "Pickled breast" is juicy and it has been cooked in a special soup for a day and a half to make it taste like lean tuna.

"Fig and White Lever" is a dish of dried figs with white lever paste. The white lever has no odor and looks like foie gras. Hope you can try the cuisine of fresh chicken cooked by "Yakitori Wine Hoshino".

Don't forget the yakitori (Barbecued chicken) from "Yakitori Wine Hoshino". Skewers is a simple way to enjoy the freshness and taste of chicken. The only seasonings are salt and a refreshing sauce made of red wine.

We recommend "Inner Breast of Chicken". Because of its simple seasoning, you can feel the original taste of chicken. Tasting with wasabi is a plus! You should definitely try the "Chochin", which is considered to be a very rare part as we can only get one skewer of it from one chicken. When the egg bursts in the mouth, you can enjoy the rich and melting taste.

The "Omakase Course", which is the popular menu of "Yakitori Wine Hoshino", is recommended for those who visit for the first time. You can enjoy a total of 11 dishes including appetizers, a dish of chicken, a la carte, soup, 5 chicken skewers, grilled vegetables, and "shime", the last dish of the course. The course with wine is 8,000 yen, and the course with a more luxurious wine is 10,000 yen.
