Enjoy high-class Japanese cuisine in Kawasaki, a town popular for families

"Shabuzen Kawasaki Branch" is located on the 5th floor of Kawasaki Nikko Hotel, a 1-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station. Kawasaki, which is one of the top-class downtown areas in Kanagawa Prefecture, is dotted with many commercial facilities and shopping streets such as Atre Kawasaki and Lazona Kawasaki, and is a popular area that is crowded with many people, including couples and families. There are lots of restaurants around Kawasaki Station, but there aren't many high-class restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine and shabu-shabu.

The menu includes Japanese Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese black beef), domestic pork, sashimi, and tempura. The all-you-can-eat and that have existed since the establish of Shabu-Zen, are very popular not only with adults but also with children. For special occasions such as family and friends' birthdays, auspicious occasions, celebrations, and anniversaries with lover, we recommend you Shabuzen with its heartfelt hospitality and delicious cuisine.

"All-You-Can-Eat Shabu-Shabu or Sukiyaki with Shabuzen's hospitality" is a luxurious all-you-can-eat menu that allows you to compare three types of meat: domestic beef rib roast, Japanese black beef lean meat, and domestic pork. "Shabu-shabu" is a special dish that can only be eaten by those who have visited Shabuzen.

There are two types of traditional sauces created under the supervision of the head chef, capturing subtle changes in the quality of the ingredients depending on the season and temperature: rich sesame sauce and ponzu with a good balance of umami and sourness. Enjoy it with fresh domestic vegetables and kishimen until you're full. In addition, "Sukiyaki" with homemade sauce is an exquisite dish where you can enjoy the original flavor of meat, the aroma of green onions, and the sweetness of onions. Indulge in a luxurious taste by mixing hot ingredients with fresh eggs.
