"FLATTO Dining Lounge" a restaurant that provides Italian cuisine with Japanese local ingredients, is located a 1-minute walk from Shintomicho Station and a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Station. The chef is Sueyuki Mukaihara, a handsome young chef who has trained at a famous Italian restaurant. The experienced Mukohara chef always prepares creative and luxurious look Italian dishes with seasonal ingredients, where you can feel the flavor and aroma. Reservations are required for lunch and dinner. Bright sunlight comes in through the windows, which creates an open and relaxing space. At the counter area where provides 6 seats allows you to enjoy the cooking scene of the handsome chef. Whether you want to enjoy an elegant lunch with friends or lovers, an anniversary date, or a special dinner "FLATTO Dining Lounge" is one of your best choice.

"Lunch plate set" consists of salad, pasta, assorted plate (homemade bread, 3 appetizers, main dish), mini dolce, and coffee. The restaurant is particular in using seasonal ingredients in each dish, where you can enjoy different menus depending on the season. In addition, this is a set where you can feel the exquisiteness of each dish, from hand-made pasta, homemade bread to dessert.

"[Kuroge Wagyu Beef] The main course is Kuroge Wagyu Beef! Chef's Omakase seasonal special course with 6 dishes" is a course where you can enjoy a cold dish, an appetizer, 2 dishes such as pasta and risotto, a main dish of Kuroge Wagyu beef, and a dolce. The main ingredient, Kuroge Wagyu beef, is carefully selected, such as Miyazaki beef which is purchased directly from the producer. We recommend eating it with salt to bring out the flavor of the red meat.

The ingredients will change throughout the season, so you can enjoy different dishes even if you order the same course.

"Customized course with all-you-can-drink (Reserved needed)" can be reserved for 10 people or more. This is a course of 7 to 9 dishes, including salads, appetizers, main dishes, and all-you-can-drink. It is possible to discuss budgets and food preferences.

"Special Dinner Chef's Seasonal Full Course with 8 dishes, including fish and meat double main dish" consists of an appetizer called Amuse, 2 pasta/risotto, 2 main dishes (meat and fish), and a dolce. This full course is perfect for dinner on a special day.
